My teaching focuses on the individual experience, inviting you to try the movements and positions that feel good for you.

I teach both movement classes and the practice of yoga nidra. Through yoga nidra, a form of guided meditation, you are invited to come to stillness, releasing physical, mental and emotional tension.

I focus on relaxation and healing through awareness of body and breath. The various yoga postures strengthen and stretch the entire body. Many of us hold chronic tension in our bodies. Come and join me in a class or private session and let go of something.

    Yoga Nidra

    Yoga Nidra is a form of rest based meditation. It is a powerful practice that can evoke a state of deep rest and a release of physical, mental and emotional tension.

    Classes

    Join me online or in person and experience exploring your breath and moving your body. Some classes include yoga nidra, a deeply relaxing guided meditation.

    Private or Group Sessions

    Would you like to explore breath, mediation, yoga postures or yoga nidra in a private session? Or maybe your book club, office group, or class could use some breathing, relaxing or movement. I’ll work with you to best meet your needs.
